In a compassionate Heart’s Ease hypnosis session, no one tells you what to do, and you will always be at choice.  No matter what you might have seen on TV or in movies or on a Las Vegas stage, there are no tricks, and no games. Instead, together we co-create an experience in which you truly become your own healer. 


Though an easy, conversational style that allows you to make your own choices about how deep to go, you will be guided to relax your body and mind. In a state of hypnotic trance that feels akin to a deep state of meditation (even if you’ve never meditated), I help you access your unconscious mind — part of you that is ready to powerfully support you in living your life with more ease, freedom, and happiness.  


At its core, hypnosis is a state of focused attention and heightened suggestibility. It’s not about losing control or surrendering to another’s will, but rather tapping into the remarkable capacity of the mind to shape perception and behavior.

During hypnosis, the conscious mind takes a back seat, allowing the subconscious to come to the forefront. This shift in consciousness opens the door to profound changes, whether it be in managing pain, overcoming fears, or altering deeply ingrained habits.

When I ask my clients how they are feeling, they generally use words like Calm, peaceful, weightless, light, relaxed, safe, floating, and comforted.


In this comfortable place, the mind is open to new ways of seeing the world and ready to make way for important changes to happen in regular life. Many people experience a deep sense of connection and their own inner light. 


Unlike the hypnosis you see in the movies or on a stage, sessions with me are conversational, with a focus on deep body relaxation techniques you can use at home anytime.
